Claire is an Acupuncturist, Naturopath and Iridologist based in Ringwood in the beautiful New Forest.

 

She have always felt strongly about using natural and holistic methods to achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind. By treating each person as an individual, rather than solely focusing on illness, Claire feels that this can be accomplished. 

 

Claires training originated with Traditional Chinese Medicine, however her acupuncture style has since evolved and she now practices Neo Classical Acupuncture (NCA). This revolutionary style involves using predominantly one needle and has the potential to achieve immediate results. NCA uses a palpatory technique with diagnosis being reached in seconds, which is determined by patient feedback. It is also a fantastic treatment choice for those who may be nervous of needles!

 

Acupuncture has the potential to treat most conditions and illness. Claire has specialisms in fertility and pregnancy. She also treats pain and injury, mental and emotional health, women’s health, men’s health, and so much more.

 

As a Naturopath, Claire uses several different therapeutic methods which include; Bach Flowers, Tissue Salts, Iridology, Nutrition, Homeopathy and Herbs. Claire regularly uses Bach Flowers and Tissue Salts in conjunction with Acupuncture.
