Experienced Counselling Professional

I have a diploma in therapeutic counselling and have years of experience working in mental health. I work online and in a dedicated counselling practice in Poole and a treatment room in Ashely Heath, Hampshire. I specialise in working with people with anxiety, addiction and neurodivergence. I also work with depression, loss and trauma. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of our time together as we work towards healing with compassion and understanding in a non-judgmental way.

I am an registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and I adhere to their ethical framework which guides and governs my work. As part of this I have regular supervision and participate in continued professional development. I am fully insured and DBS checked.
